It is such an honour to work with individuals who are passionate about what they do and keep a great smile on their faces!

What do you like the most about working at Wurth?
I want to start by saying that it’s a really great experience overall and a very collaborative atmosphere. The IT team and I work together on almost every project. I am learning more working here than I ever did in university, where I am introduced to finances, retail, logistics, sales, marketing, etc.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Five years from now, I want to set up realistic goals for myself. I will keep the same fire alive within me. I want to test myself. I have set up targets that can bring out the best of me. These objectives deal with making decisions that are tough but fruitful. The five years I see ahead of me are full of responsibilities that need better decisiveness. I picture myself growing to be a leading software engineer, entrepreneur and all-around creative professional.

What are some of the skills you learned at Wurth?
Some of the skills I have learned so far include communication, learning from mistakes, productivity, analytical skills, time management & Industry or product knowledge. Also, maintaining positive and productive company culture.
