The calibration (spidering) of the surface increases it significantly. This enables a significantly higher absorption of the polish, which results in a higher stock removal rate and a longer productivity of the polishing abrasive grains.

The polishing pads are made of high quality open-pored foam. Due to the open pores and the calibrated surface, the heat generated during polishing is perfectly dissipated.

Thanks to rounded edges, the polishing pads adapt to any shape and curvature of the vehicle and, thanks to this clever geometry, prevent new paintwork irritations.
