Telesales Agent – Inbound & Outbound

Würth South Africa Co. (Pty) Ltd, is actively looking for a talented, vibrant, highly motivated, and disciplined Telesales Agent who will represent the company as a brand ambassador and offer sales services to our customers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Area of residence – 30km radius from Montague Gardens.
• Minimum of 6 months telesales experience.
• Knowledge of Würth products is an advantage.
• Matric or equivalent.
• Computer literate - proficiency in MS Excel/Outlook, experience in other programs related to sales and order processing.
• Well organised with strong administrative skills.
• Willing to work under pressure with high call targets.
• Team player, highly motivated, strong interpersonal skills.
• South African Citizen.
• Well-spoken with a good telephone manner in English and Afrikaans.
• No Criminal Record or Charges.
• Clear credit history.
• No Disciplinary records.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inbound / Outbound existing base & cold call telephone sales and aftersales service.
• Customer Service and Marketing.
• Order processing and administration.
• Customer Data Maintenance.
• Sales target achievement.
• Processing of credit notes.
• Resolving customer queries.
• Offer focus products and specials on every call.
