How do gifts work?
Gifts are available for various different qualifying levels. These levels are based on the value of each order. Our gift tiers are available here and on the cart checkout page.
Once you have identified what gift you would like. Head to the cart page and click on "available gifts" this will show a popup of all available gifts. Click on the gift you would like to receive to apply it to your cart. The page will reload and if stock is available you should see the gift applied to your cart.

Each online order will be placed into a pool for the lucky draw. The lucky draw will take place each week, winners will be announced on social media and contacted directly.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Gifts for online orders are limited in stock and subject to change with no further notice. Customer accounts need to be in good standing and we cannot guarantee gifts on orders that cannot get delivered within July due to outstanding payments.
Gifts for orders from R15000 and above are limited to one per customer account and will be delivered at the beginning of August. Gifts- advertised on the eShop can only be ordered from the main warehouse in Johannesburg. All Wurth Shops run a separate Click& Collect promotion with gifts, please contact the shop directly for more information.

How do I get a gift?
You can get a gift for all your purchases equal to or above ZAR 3500. We have different tiers/levels for gifts. Hence you get different gifts for different purchases. Please review the sections above to view the different gift tiers.
Where is my gift?
You may have not gotten your gift because of an error in our warehouse. In order to receive your gift, check your pevious orders and inspect wether you added the gift's promo code or not. If you did add the gift;s promo code then contact our web support personnel and they will help you get your gift.

I didn't add the promo code on checkout can I still get a gift?
You may have forgotten to add a gift's promo code to your cart during check out. If this happens unfortunately you will not receive a gift for that qualifying purchase. You will get a gift if and only if you add the gift's promo code to your qualifying purchase. We encourage you to add the gift promo code on your next qualifying purchase if you didn't on a previous qualifying purchase.
Can I get a gift if I don't order online?
You may want to make an order with us but not through our e-Shop or App (i.e. through your rep or make a purchase at one of our pick-up shops). Unfortunately ordering from our other sales channels expect the e-Shop or App will not qualify you for a Wurth Online Weeks. It is required that you order from our e-Shop or App to receive a gift.
