Telesales Agent - Inbound and Outbound

Würth South Africa Co. (Pty) Ltd, is actively looking for a talented, vibrant, highly motivated and disciplined Telesales Agent who will represent the company as a brand ambassador and offer sales services to our customers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Area of residence – 30km radius from Montague Gardens
• Minimum of 6 months’ telesales experience
• Knowledge of Würth products is an advantage
• Matric or equivalent.
• Computer literate – proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook, experience in other programs related to sales and order processing.
• Matric or equivalent.
• Well organized with strong administrative skills.
• Willing to work under pressure with high call targets
• Team player, highly motivated, strong interpersonal skills
• South African Citizen.
• Well-spoken / good English.
• Afrikaans speaking is an advantage
• No Criminal Record or Charges.
• Clear credit history.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inbound/Outbound existing base and cold call telephone sales and aftersales service
• Customer service and marketing
• Order processing and administration
• Customer data maintenance
• Sales target achievement
• Processing credit notes
• Resolving customer queries
• Offer focus products and specials on every call
